[LON-CAPA-users] instructor-specific loss of copy/paste in course editor

Hi All,

I have one instructor who has lost the ability to copy content in her course editor. I've watched her try in both Firefox and Chrome with no results (nothing shows up where the clipboard should be beneath the list of files).  I logged into my account on her computer in her browser, entered her course and AM able to copy files in the content editor. It seems to be her account specifically.  Thoughts?  Has anyone else seen this?
