Coincidentally, I received this message from a student today.

"I just wanted to send a message letting you know the assignment this
week was "behaving" oddly. Every time I entered an answer the entire
page reformatted and moved all the boxes with answers around, I would
have to refresh the page 2 or 3 times before it was showing up in the
proper order again. In the end everything worked and all my answers were
correct, I just thought I would let you know."
