[LON-CAPA-users] "CSS file to link" at the folder level

Hey All,

Are there any particular tricks or limitations to the ability to link a css file at the folder level (Main Menu > Modify Parameter Settings > Edit Resource Parameters – Table Mode > Show Detailed Parameter Selection > CSS file to link )

This seemed like the perfect solution to an issue we were dealing with (adding an “exam” background to a series of individual Exam problems so our tutors in the Chemistry Learning Center know not to help students working on their retakes) and it shows up for me and it shows up when I add a dummy student to one of the courses and take a look via that login... But it does not show up for the instructor, for our learning center specialist or for one of the students we buttonholed and made log in.... The CSS file is published. What am I missing?  Or is this somehow not intended to work this way?  Thanks,
