In course context ...

Main Menu -> "Modify parameter settings (due dates, etc) for resources  
and the course" -> "Parameter Change Log and Course Blog Posting/User  
Notification"

allows you to display logged changes to parameter settings.

The "Course Editor" -> "Show Log" allows display of logged changes to  
course contents (i.e., resources included within the course, now or in  
the past).
