[LON-CAPA-users] custom role privs

Ray,

Unfortunately LON-CAPA does not currently allow you to grant  
privileges to a custom role to view  
"<instructorcomment>this</instructorcomment>".

The display of instructor comments is presently based on the user's  
current role, instead of on a user's privileges.  Any  
"instructorcomment" in a problem is displayed to a user with one of  
the following roles as his/her current role:

Course Coordinator, Instructor, Author, Co-author, or Librarian

To convert this to privilege-based access (more in keeping with  
LON-CAPA's philosophy) would entail modifying LON-CAPA to either check  
against one or more existing privileges assignable to custom roles or,  
alternatively, against a newly defined privilege which could be  
assigned to custom roles.
