[LON-CAPA-users] Cloning a course as CC

On the Course Environment screen, one setting is about cloning the course:

"Users allowed to clone course
("user:domain,user:domain,*:domain")
Users with active Course Coordinator role in this course are permitted
to clone and need not be included."

How does this work? Specifically, where does the CC go to clone a
course for use in a new semester? (I've only been able to do this as
the DC before.)
