[LON-CAPA-users] reaction editor doesn't insert answer in

I created a <reactionresponse> problem 
which works great in my construction space
but not when published.  The "insert answer" 
fails with "error on page".  

This happens on several different computers
here.

It also happens on a couple of published problems
from other places I found by searching the LONCAPA 
network.

Here is the error information from IE7:
