I am pretty sure that this is a feature, not a bug. Some instructors  
did not want a convenient printout of problems with correct  
solutions, so it does not get filed in some student organization or  
posted on the web.

... anyway, I believe that's why the option does not exist for  
students, but I may be wrong.
