a) enroll all students effective immediately, drop the ones you don't  
want, and then enroll only the ones you want back with the future date

or

b) if these are not too many students, use "Benutzeraccounts und  
Rechte verwalten", type in their usernames one-by-one, and delete the  
role of student in that course. You might have to do this as Domain  
Coordinator
