Okay, I have additional confusing behavior to add to this problem. It seems
there are some files I can edit in XML mode and others I cannot. There does
not seem to be any rhyme or reason as to which ones I can edit other than
directory structure.

For example, if I can edit one file in the directory in XML mode I seem to
be able to edit any of the files in that directory in XML mode. On the other
hand, if I can't edit one file in the directory in XML mode, none of the
other files are editable either. So, I have directories I can edit the files
in, and others I cannot. And there does not seem to be any correlation with
directory name, directory contents, etc.

Again, this is only from my work computer and the network admin has assured
me that all the appropriate ports are open. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jay
