I also had the same question.
I can load the *.swf flash file into my course - first publish it in
authoring space, then importing it through Course Documents. This works
(the flash movie takes over my browser); however, I don't know how to
import the controls (play, pause, etc.) which are in a separate file.
Likewise, I can create a *.wmv file with Camtasia and then
publish/import it. In this case, windows media viewer opens on top of
the browser (I use Firefox). However, I don't know if the file begins
to play as it is loading from the L-C server, or if it must first
download.
Any hints?

This is a nice example; however, since the source is not open we can't
see how it was done. Am I missing some way we can see how you do your
examples? A lot of nice ones in there...
Thanks,
brew

Hi Sally,
An example of a published camatsia movie is at
http://s10.lite.msu.edu/res/msu/kashy/physicsLib02/26_Oscillations1_SHM/
springOnInclineXPL.problem
This was put together by Stuart Raeburn and I some time ago, and I am
sure Stuart can give technical help should you need it.
