[LON-CAPA-users] Decompress tar file error message

I'm getting an error message when I try to decompress a tar file that I have
uploaded to my constructon space. The tar file consists of several image
files. It uploads fine but then when I click "decompress" I get:

Location: /priv/jmsullivan/physics_images/tmp.tar
Decompress
Output of decompress:

Decompress complete.

An error occurred

Bad file descriptor

What's up with that?

PS: Both gunzip and winzip unpack the file without any problems on my
machine.
