Hello,

In terms of problem (4), when Dr. Kashy and I (and several others) wrote
our data entry problem, we included two extra parts: one was a
radio-button response that displayed the inputted data and asked if it
were correct. If the student selected "yes", then it would continue on
to the actual questions. If the student selected "no", then an new data
input part would appear. This would give students a second chance of
inputting their data.

As noted before, the final problem is source available and located at
http://s10.lite.msu.edu/res/msu/kashy/physicsLib02/10_Motion_W_Friction/StatCoeffLabB.problem.

I hope this helps.

Phil

Hi James,

A very simple problem that does a very simple version of what you are
asking:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
 href="http://s10.lite.msu.edu/res/msu/albertel/submission_example.problem">http://s10.lite.msu.edu/res/msu/albertel/submission_example.problem</a>

Here is a more fully realized example:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
 href="http://s10.lite.msu.edu/res/msu/kashy/physicsLib02/10_Motion_W_Friction/St">http://s10.lite.msu.edu/res/msu/kashy/physicsLib02/10_Motion_W_Friction/St</a>
atCoeffLabB.problem

Both are source available.

There is a chemistry one that source isn't curently available on:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
 href="http://s10.lite.msu.edu/res/msu/ciskepau/CHEMISTRY/chemlab.problem">http://s10.lite.msu.edu/res/msu/ciskepau/CHEMISTRY/chemlab.problem</a>

Here is a bug report detailing some deficiencies with the current
approach and outlining a new tag to attempt to solve these.
