[LON-CAPA-users] User manuals

Hi Robley,

I have updated the links on the documentation. The reason I don't  
keep them directly connected to what's on the servers is that the  
live links frequently seem to break due to LaTeX errors.

The same manuals are available on any LON-CAPA server under the HELP  
features.
