[LON-CAPA-users] course empty for one student

I have one student who gets the message
"The course is empty"
when he selects one of his student roles.

I happens only for this one student and only in that one course.

I can see his scores in CHRT.
He sees no scores and no content.

Any ideas what might cause such a specific failure?
