[LON-CAPA-users] overwrite IDs by file upload?

Hi Nathan,

Well, yeah ... I guess you could. Seems awkward though - at MSU, that  
would be one HUGE course. It could also sort of get fixed over time,  
just make sure the new IDs appear in the CSV files, and tell faculty  
to check the magic box.
