Hi  -- I'm trying to write a survey and I have some questions.
First, I tried to use parts in the survey question, so I can have it all 
on one page.  This doesn't seem to work.  Do I have to use the .page 
with all the weird tags on it.
Second, what are the possibilties for survey mode:
I made a sample that is <radioresponse>.
Can we use option response or numerical rating 1-5.
Also what's the best way to elicit written repsonses from students who 
have way too much time on their hands?  Do people just tell the students 
to use post discussion.
