Hi Ray -- We just tested the new camino alpha and safari.  It worked fine.
It is important as Guy said to make sure the latest java is installed.
Camino comes with the java applet plugin.

So, Guy -- I think camino works for both JME and Jmol.  I would suggest
using this one.  --jim
