[LON-CAPA-users] Open Source

I have a question about the Open Source option when publishing problems, 
images, etc.  Should selecting this option make the source code 
viewable/available to anyone using LON-CAPA?  Right now, when I choose this 
option, our domain coordinator cannot view the source (message: LON-CAPA 
access denied).  Likewise, other authors cannot view my source code for any 
problems that I have made available (Open Source) system wide.
