Hi,

I've been using <div align="center"> to align set apart and center some
formulas. In the browsers this seems to both give carriage returns and the
centering. In the tex it gives neither (since it doesn't give the carriage
returns).

Is this a bug or feature? Should html always do a break before and after
a div? If so, should tex also do this?

Thanks,
Mark
