Yes, there is.  Go to [ENRL]->view classlist and select a student
(this brings up the student's "about me" page).  At the bottom of the
page is a link that allows you to "view recent activity by this
student".

If you want to view activity by all students, follow the instructions
above and remove the  "selected_student=username:domain" from the URL.
