[LON-CAPA-users] FCI: force concept inventory

I discussed this with David Hestenes at a conference. While having  
the FCI in LON-CAPA is okay with him, he asks to really only use it  
in the original pre-/post-test design, i.e., don't assign this as  
homework, and don't put it on exams. Also, only make this available  
to your course on a limited time base, so that it does not leak too  
much.
