5 different type of values allowed

1) explicit IP
      35.8.2.3
2) globing IP
      35.*,35.8.*,35.8.2.*
3) ranged IP (only for the lowest chuck)
      35.8.2.[3-100]
4) explict name
      s10.lite.msu.edu
5) globbing name
      *.lite.msu.edu,*.msu.edu

So the all in one example is
      35.8.2.3,35.*,35.8.*,35.8.2.*,35.8.2.[3-100],s10.lite.msu.edu,*.lite.msu.edu,*.msu.edu
