Aye we have been discussiong this on the -admin list over the past few
weeks.


If you go to 
http://install.loncapa.org/

Click on the 'Fedora Core 3 Intructions'

We have been working on this to make it as easy as possible.

For most people this will incocle editing one config file, and typing
one command.

If you are going from RH 7.3 to Fedora Core 3
