[LON-CAPA-users] opendate question

Bug 2209 which shows that the instructor's client station 
must show correct time when setting date and time (like opendate) for the 
problem set/exam. Considering this, what happens if the student's client
machine time is off - will the problem set/exam open on the correct
time? Does the client time play any role here?
