[LON-CAPA-users] OS X Browsers

Hi,

It looks like LON-CAPA works very nicely with the following new 
browsers:

Mozilla Firebird 0.7
Camino 0.7 (MacOS X only)

Both are available from http://www.mozilla.org/

Mozilla Firebird has an easy-to-use feature where you can selectively 
set the pop-up window filter, so for example, you can have the Remote 
enabled for your LON-CAPA servers, and still block pop-ups from all 
other sites.

By default, both browsers come with pop-up blocker enabled.

For MacOS X, I would recommend to simply forget about Internet Explorer 
(which works, but is very slow), and use Mozilla, Mozilla Firebird, or 
Camino instead. Safari has some version-dependent problems.
