Students cannot see the CHRT,

Students can see 'quickgrades' and the 'Navigate Contents' display of
problems.



Students will be shown WON'T be shown if they have a problem correct
in these 2 places ONLY if the problem has the parameter 'Show Problem
Status' set to "no", and it is before the 'answerdate'.

In all other cases they are shown whether a problem is currently
graded right or wrong.
