[LON-CAPA-users] connecting laptop

My laptop is now working as a standalone lon-capa machine. If I want to
hook it up to the network and copy over some resources, what changes
would I need to do in the configuration? 

 * Would I need to do more than to add the machine with the resources to 
   the hosts.tab. 

 * Would this machine recognize my laptop if I am not in its host.tab?
