[Lon-capa-users] tth (again)

I am still confused about tth. Here's what I need to know:

1) Where do I get it. I can certainly go to Hutchinson's site and
  download it. However I thought I heard that I need the Gold version. 
  This version is not available from the site.

2) Is the binary enough, or do I need to compile the program?

3) Exactly which files do I need, and exactly where do I put them?

Sorry about bringing this up again, but I couldn't make sense of the
documentation in the loncapa doc directory.
