[LON-CAPA-dev] Testing out rh8

Hi All,

I have built a modperl 1.26 and an apache 1.X for redhat 8 from the
redhat 7.3 sources.

It appears to work.

I'd love to hear reports from people.

Especicailly from someone trying these on Redhat 9, I think it may
possibly work.
