Hi All,

As you may have noticed I have done some backports to get a 0.6.2 out
the door.

Current list of differences between 0.6.2 and 0.6.1 below

Let me know if there is something else I should include.

I still am looking at backporting the part 0 fixes in lonnavmaps, s12
should be running the test 0.6.2 right now. Let me know if you see any
issues.
