[LON-CAPA-dev] install.lon-capa.org, cvs and ftp server offline temporarily

Dear All:

install.lon-capa.org (the cvs and ftp server also known
as zaphod) is currently offline.

Something strange (and probably harmless) happened during
a routine system administration operation.  But it needs
to be rebooted.

This inconvenience is regrettable.  Provided adequate communication
between all concerned, I will let you know the moment this gets resolved.
