Hi All,

I commited a new lonstatistics with a new interface that include
discrimintion factor according two criteria in the statistics table.
These two criteria are computed during the first running of statistics, then
it cached to the local machine.
Can all you give it a try and see how it works for you?
Welcome any suggestion or correction.
