Stuart - namespacing checks for usernames and IDs for users added by
file upload
 - domains can specify "official" formats for IDs which can only be
used for verified users
 - rules for A-pids and Z-pids added to MSU's localenroll.pm
 - when listing users display of results table headers etc. only
occurs if any users matched filters
 - LON-CAPA running on 32 bit ubuntu 6
 - webmail available on s16 replacement
 - firmware updates to disks in PV disk array
A - adding actions to displays of users - expire roles, change start
and end dates for multiple users
 - co-owner addition interface
 - course parameter - show/hide entry in the course catalog
 - testing of CUSR changes

context).
