Strict Structure

LON-CAPA should be more strict and consequential in some cases:

- usage of the same word for the same meaning/function/etc.
    e.g. Author: "Feedback mode: Show Feedback"
    CC: "Parameter: Show Problem Status"

- Same handling for similar actions
  e.g. Standard-Editor: Submit Changes and edit / Submit Changes and View
  HTML-Editor: Save this / View

- Same heading texts
  e.g. Main Menu: "Search the database of published resources"
  inside: "Search"
  menu bar inside: "Catalog Search"

- Same style for similar screens (-> CSS)
