 - CSE 101 roles cleanup (leftovers from the autoenroll bug) 
 - ITOG MSU joined the Sakai SEPP
     - external 'MSU net IDs' (should not be allowed admin access)
         roll out may 2007

 - add the code to autoenroll to double check against multiple student 
     roles
