Results of 2.1 and beyond meeting.

-1 - Guy - BT less appendixy (grading queue, slots (multiple open/due))
0   - Guy - presentation layer separation work
1   - Stuart - Groups
             - 'course' groups
             - sectionsesque
3   - Guy - practice problems
4   - searching portfolio metadata (stu/intsr)
6   - Rick - portfolio access controls
8   - Rick - instructor grade attachment
10  - Stuart - What's NEW! expansion to other users / speedups
               - configurable
               - version information
20 - Guy - better things than Exam Upload perhaps new chunk to GRDS
           for displaying external grading info
