[LON-CAPA-dev] Can't locate AlgParser.pm in @INC

Hi Hon-Kie,

Use "cvs update -d".  CVS doesn't by default create new directories
and AlgParser.pm is in a new directory,
loncapa/modules/TexConvert/algebra
