[LON-CAPA-dev] updated dependencies list

Hi Matthew,

just a few questions:

1) you no longer list perl-Digest-HMAC, perl-Net-SNMP, swig, guile:
   those are no longer needed?
2) you list perl-Authen-Krb4 = 1.1-1.loncapa which suggests that you
   applied a specific loncapa patch to the source, correct?
   Can I get that patch?
3) (remark) you are listing perl-IO-Socket-SSL twice.

Otherwise, I am ready to build this for SuSE-9.1. After that it should be
possible to use yast to install just that rpm and let yast figure out
the dependencies (similar to yum).
