Hi Stuart,

Thanks for the bug fix. One other minor comment. I get messages such

No institutional classlist data could be retrieved for 117397529e63e1bfsul1

However, the courses were never set up for auto enrollment. So the messages 
are "confusing". My suggestion is either to not show any message for 
courses not set up for auto enrollment or to say "Course xxx not configured 
for automatic classlist retrieval" - something to that effect.
