[LON-CAPA-dev] cron job auto enrollment

Hi,

So far tests on the cron job auto enrollment runs as expected. However, 
there is one item on the autoenroll.log that doesn't seem to go away. The 
class was setup with authentication as localauth, and in the <authtype> I 
put "localauth", yet the message appears below. (I have tried "loc", and 
blank and they all produce the same message.)

Authentication mismatch for xxxxxx - localauth: in system, localauth based 
on information in classlist or default for this course.
