[LON-CAPA-dev] Date::Parse module

Hi all, 

The latest version of lonnet.pm now uses Date::Parse to convert a 
Last-Modified date/time retrieved from an Apache HTTP header to a UNIX time. 

If you update your development system to the current CVS Head today, you 
will need to install this module from: 

wget http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/G/GB/GBARR/TimeDate-1.16.tar.gz 

For the future, Matthew has kindly offered to roll this module into a 
LON-CAPA RPM.
