  - Updated daxe.tar.gz includes version of loncapa_daxe.dart.js whoch supports
    (a) saving content in Daxe editor via "Save" buttons in LON-CAPA menu above
        Daxe iframe.
    (b) links to two additional help files from Daxe editor "Help", and 
        replacement of tutorial/getting_started.xhtml with LON-CAPA help files
        accessed via /adm/help, which can support localized documentation.
    (c) current language for Daxe Editor is user's language as determined by
        LON-CAPA for consistency with localization in rest of the LON-CAPA UI.
