  Log:
  Starting with LON-CAPA 2.4, display of the Server administrator's e-mail on the log-in page has been optional (set via Domain Configuration by the Domain Coordinators).
  
  Starting with LON-CAPA 2.6. there is greater flexibility in setting the recipients of e-mail generated when the "Contact Helpdesk" form is completed.  If no valid recipients are listed the default is to send the message to the Server administrator's e-mail address.
