  Towards correcting the duplicate labels: "Formula_Response_Problems"
  was being multiply included; this file re-writes the second inclusion of

Formula Response problems have the same capabilities as Numerical
Response problems, and add the ability to ask the student for a 
symbolic formula as an answer, instead of a simple number.
