  Removed files:               
    /loncom	httpd.conf srm.conf 
  Log:
  Since a new STABLE release has been made and everything
  is working, httpd.conf and srm.conf can be assumed
  as being totally deprecated.  Therefore httpd.conf and srm.conf
  are CVS deleted.  See bug id #129 on bugs.lon-capa.org for
