The usual cause of this is that "Resource hidden from students" has<br>
been set for a resource included in the top-level map in Main Content,<br>
at an "enclosing folder" level.<br>

However, if that were the case I would expect that:<br>
Settings > Content Settings > Modify Resource Parameters - Overview Mode<br>
<br>
would show that.<br>

Is this a standard course (i.e., the top level map is default.sequence).<br>
