Hello,

We recently enabled inter-server SSL on our loncapa servers (using
methods outlined here):
http://mail.lon-capa.org/pipermail/lon-capa-admin/2004-December/000791.html
After receiving the new ssl keys, we finished the process and all
appeared to be working fine. We're running 2.8.1, making it a painless
process... well done.

But -- we eventually started having issues with .problem/.meta files
not refreshing on our access servers. Authors would make changes to
existing resources and updates would enter a delayed state. A
corresponding message would appear in /home/httpd/sockets/delayed.

Reversing the process (removing inter-server SSL) fixed the problem.

We'd really like to have this feature working. Has anyone had this
happen? Any advice on where to start troubleshooting this problem?

Thanks,
