Yes, this was exactly the place where I got the rpm.

In order to fix the problem (of cron sending me email),
it is probaby sufficient the to do a

rpm -Uvh --justdb LON-CAPA-systemperl-3.5-rh7.i386.rpm

using a fixed rpm. I'll try that tomorrow.
