[LON-CAPA-admin] Fwd: psutils on Redhat 8.7 - version conflicts with epel and LONCAPA-prerequisites

Hi,

I'm wondering if others have encountered this yet.  This is a fresh RH 8.7
install and
I thought everything was updated.

When I run dnf upgrade it complains about psutils version:

# dnf upgrade
Updating Subscription Management repositories.

Error:
 Problem: package LONCAPA-prerequisites-1-26.1.rhel8.noarch requires
psutils <= 1.23, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both psutils-2.05-1.el8.noarch and
psutils-1.23-13.el8.x86_64
  - cannot install both psutils-1.23-13.el8.x86_64 and
psutils-2.05-1.el8.noarch
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package
psutils-1.23-13.el8.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package
LONCAPA-prerequisites-1-26.1.rhel8.noarch
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting
packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to
use not only best candidate packages)

When I check for updates available I see this:

# dnf check-update
Updating Subscription Management repositories.

I'm not sure how to best resolve the conflict between the two repos.
